    Created in Venice California, Frankie & Ava embraces the elements around it ...you can envision the mise en scene....the set of Venice. The influence of Coastal living & outdoor life. It’s also true that it doesn't matter where you are in the world, kids are full of energy. Children behave in a way that portrays their feelings and moods honestly. They are free and live life to the fullest. Frankie & Ava cultivates confidence in our little ones. We take inspiration form the past to create the present. We have an appreciation of crafts our sweaters are individually hand-knit. Our fabrics are all washable and sustainable for the everyday adventurer which most of ours kids are!

    Founder and designer Natasha Lee Thomas has a background in fashion design, previously designing for Ralph Lauren, Levi's & Donna Karen.

    SHIPPING POLICY

    Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM PST (excluding holidays) will ship within 2-3 business days pending avail- ability and credit verification. All orders placed after 3 PM PDT will begin processing on the next business day. We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors.

    SHIPPING COST

    Shipping costs are based on the weight of your merchandise.

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

    We use Ground UPS and Next day air saver and USPS Priority mail for domestic and for international we use FED EX and USPS Express Mail international.

    GIFT WRAP

    Please email us after you have placed your order. 

    IF I SEND MY PACKAGE AS A GIFT, WILL THE RECIPIENT RECEIVE THE INVOICE?

    Yes. However, if you would like us to remove the invoice from the package, please contact customerservice@frankieandava.com once your order has been placed. 

    RETURN POLICY  

    Frankie & Ava Does its best to make sure your satisfied with every purchase.  However if any item does not entirely meet your satisfaction, you may return it . Returns are accepted for full refund within 14 days of purchase on full priced items only. All returned merchandise must be in a sellable condition, unused, unwashed and accompanied by a original receipt. Place items you would like to return in a suitable shipping box. If you are returning or exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. If you have any questions, please email us at customerservice@frankieandava.com

    Once we have received your return we will process it within 5 business days. All discounted merchandise is final sale: No returns, exchanges, or store credit given.

    ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    If you'd like to cancel or change your order,  please email customerservice@frankieandava.com within 15 minutes of placing your order. We'll do everything we can to accomodate your request. 


    WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

    Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit cards next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

    PAYMENT POLICY

    Frankie & Ava accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express & Discover. You will receive the order detail via e-mail after you place the order. We will process your online order once all information has been received.

    OUT OF STOCK POLICY

    If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately upon receipt of order and we will inform you via e-mail.

    PRIVACY POLICY

    We do not sell or share any customer information with third parties. Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy.

    SALES TAX

    The State and local governments require that we charge tax for items shipped to any state where Frankie & Ava has a physical presence . At this time standard sales tax is charged to customers who are California state residents only.
